Our Leadership

Senior Pastor & Elder, Tom and Georgiann Manz
A man and woman standing next to each other.

Pastor Tom and his wife, Georgiann have served in church leadership for over 40 years. Pastor Tom experienced a radical life change when he came into relationship with Christ while serving in the Navy off the coast of Vietnam in 1971.

He was discipled by a group of dedicated men who modeled for him what it means to be a whole-hearted follower of Christ. He soon became the leader of the Christian group on his ship which he led for the next two years.

Pastor Tom graduated from Central Bible College in Springfield, MO, and has had a life-long passion for teaching the Word of God and leading the local church. He also enjoys having the opportunity to train men and women in discipleship and leadership.  He is Vice-President of the Midwest Ministers’ Fellowship which provides a place for pastors to connect and to help churches in crisis.

The teaching of God’s Word is of great importance to us here at Summit Springs. Pastor Tom is known for his gift of teaching that brings the truths from the pages of the Bible to real life application.

One of Pastor Tom's most popular Series is, Revelation Revealed, His Glorious Kingdom, which is a 15-part, verse by verse study through the Book of Revelation. Click here to view this Series

Georgiann has a great love for the local church and the family of God.  She enjoys leading the women’s ministry, teaching Bible studies, and keeping the church family connected overseeing the church website, newsletter, and social media.
